Now Hiring - Property Management Associate in Elizabeth, NJ

Leasing and Management Associate for Property Management company. We manage over 150 residential and commercial units in both NJ and Brooklyn, NY.

This is a support position in the following areas: Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Tenant Relations and other. Responsibilities will include Leasing, property management, tenant relations, etc. Computer work, scheduling, Evictions and follow up. Assistant will have contact with city agencies, vendors, tenants and staff.

Liaison with Accounts Receivable and Payable.

Must be proficient in MS Office (email, word, excel).

Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing and speaking).

Attention to detail and ability to multi task.

Experience in Property Management a plus.

Hours - this is a weekday position that requires some weekend hours when leasing units. The hours could range from 8am to 6pm depending on the schedule.
